I'm not getting reminders.

Open Profile → Reminders and check they are on, then allow notifications for Believly in your phone's settings. Reminders are scheduled on your phone, so open Believly once in a while to refresh them with new affirmations.

How does my streak work?

Any day you read an affirmation or finish a practice counts. Your streak stays alive until a whole day passes without either, in your own time zone.

Personal affirmations didn't work.

Try again in a moment. A set that fails is not counted toward your monthly allowance. Free accounts get one personal set a month while Believly Pro is available.

How do I change the background or my goals?

Tap the palette on the home screen to change your theme, and go to Profile → Preferences to change your goals, voice and daily goal.

How do I cancel Pro?

Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your favorites and affirmations stay in your account after you cancel.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. You can also follow the steps on the data deletion page.
