Terms of Service
Last updated October 22, 2026
These terms apply to the Believly apps and believly.com, provided by Epogia, LLC. By using Believly you agree to them.
Using Believly
Believly offers daily affirmations, practice, reminders and personal affirmations written with the help of AI. It is a self-care tool, not medical or psychological advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you are struggling, reach out to a professional or someone you trust; in an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
Your content
You keep all rights to the affirmations you write and to the personal affirmations Believly writes for you. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. The Believly affirmation library remains ours; you may share individual affirmations for personal, non-commercial use.
AI output
Personal affirmations are generated automatically. We check them for tone and safety, but they can still be imperfect. Edit or delete anything that does not feel right to you.
Subscriptions
Believly Pro is billed through the App Store or Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel in your store account settings. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Refunds follow the store’s policies.
Acceptable use
Do not use Believly to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, or overload or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Believly available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Epogia, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
Ending
You can stop using Believly and delete your account at any time.
